As a Realtor®, my mission is to provide clients with the best representation possible. And for me, providing that representation has two components: (1) representation based
upon complete honesty and integrity, and (2) keeping myself educated so that the representation is based upon the most up-to-date legalities and methods in the business.
In keeping with my first goal, I have based my business off of the Golden Rule. And the second goal is met by my continuing education. As a Realtor®, I have to have at least 24
hours of continuing education in certain areas every two years in order to renew my license. Going back to the same classes I attended to earn my sales license does nothing more than strengthen the concepts
taught to me years ago. Therefore, I have chosen to pursue different designations within the industry. Following is an explanation of the education required for the designations I have earned since 1999.
In part, because of these designations, I believe I am better prepared than most any other Realtor®s to represent clients in the sale and purchase of real property.

Why Choose a REALTOR® With a GRI designation?
Buying property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it's often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At
the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated.
New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers require real estate practitioners to
perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism.
So it's more important than ever that you work with an agent who has a keen understanding of the real estate business. The GRI program has helped
the best and the brightest in the industry achieve that level of understanding.
GRIs are: Nationally recognized as top performers in the real estate industry
Professionally trained
Knowledgeable
Dedicated to bringing you quality service
A GRI can make a difference
When you see the letters "GRI" after an agent's name, you can count on receiving the knowledge and guidance you need to make your transaction go smoothly. In
short, you can count on getting the best service available from a real estate professional.
Don't you deserve the best?
