I have lived in Arizona for 40+ years and cannot imagine living anywhere else. Arizona is so diversified that I believe anyone can find somewhere in the state that suits his or her needs for a home. 

I grew up in the Arizona desert in Tempe, the home of Arizona State University. Tempe is one of the multi-city communities that comprise "The Valley of the Sun." Tempe provided multiple opportunities that enhanced the fact the sun allowed outdoor activities 98% of each year. However, as I grew up, and the Valley of the Sun did the same, I missed the small-town atmosphere that I had learned to love as a young person; thus, my move to Payson.

In 1986 I moved to Payson, the hub of "Rim Country". I have come to cherish the fact I was able to provide my children with an atmosphere similar to what I grew up in. In Payson we are able to daily take advantage of the horseback riding, hiking, and camping that was available to me as a child only on special occasions.

Insofar as my professional background, I spent several years as a paralegal in a Phoenix law firm. Following that experience, I set out as a free-lance secretary and was introduced to the real estate field when I worked as an assistant for a REALTOR. From there, I became responsible for all computer input in the first real estate office in Payson to computerize, and eventually ended up as the office coordinator for that office. Then in 1999 I finally joined the rank of the sales agents. 

I find the sales field very fulfilling, especially when presented with a challenge. I enjoy the opportunity of assisting clients in obtaining a property of their dreams, or in selling their property so they can pursue new dreams. My prior involvement with six different boards, commissions and committees for the Town of Payson has aided in my keeping apprised of what is happening in local government, which, in turn, has assisted me in passing on to my clients the most current information about our area.
